Prices
Our prices include:
Motor vehicle with driver
Gasoline
Highway Tolls
Our prices do not include:
Extra cost for service by night (from 10 pm to 7 am)
Extra cost during holidays
Board and lodging for the driver
Any itinerary or route changes will be discussed on the moment.
All prices are subject to governing vat tax laws at the time of submitting the invoice.
Deposit
A 50% deposit on the total cost of the service is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit can be paid:
By credit card, with your written authorization
Paying the balance in cash, directly to the driver:
By bank transfer, 4 days before the service date. You must send proof of payment via email.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be sent via email, and are subject to the following conditions:
There are no penalties for cancellations received within 48 hours of the date of service.
Customers cancelling less than 48 hours from the date of service have to pay 40% of the cost of the service.
Customers cancelling within 24 hours from the date of the service have to pay the entire cost of the service.
Customers who fail to arrive for the service, and do not contact us must pay the entire fee.

Late arrival
Customers arriving more than one hour after the agreed time must pay for an extra hour of service.
Rental conditions:
Costs are decided together with the customer upon making a reservation.
We can refuse customers with excess baggage or baggage that can damage the vehicle or could create a potential driving hazard.
Alternativetna collaborates with other rental companies with driver, and can use these services in keeping with the same standards of efficiency and quality.
All pets must be registered upon making a reservation, so that we can take necessary actions to protect them and to avoid damaging or soiling the vehicle.
All vehicles are newly registered and insured for themselves and for the passengers, in accordance with the rules of city hall.
Alternativetna is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Alternativetna is not responsible for loss or damage to baggage or to articles carried within the vehicles no matter what the cause may be.
